Power degrades how leaders read the social and relational cues around them.

It shows up in your culture. In engagement scores. In attrition you can't quite explain. And in leadership training that never quite sticks.

“Myra creates a way for us to arrive at the answers on our own, driving meaningful change in our team dynamics. The ease and depth of conversation for our leaders is palpable during the programs. I believe in her work so much that I even got certified to lead some of her sessions, confident in their potential to transform leaders and culture.”

Myra LalDin is a leadership advisor and researcher who bridges neuroscience, behavior, technology, and systems design.

She helps leaders reconnect to the behavioral and relational signals their brains quietly stop registering — and to see their organizations as systems built from those signals, where small, seemingly isolated actions shape norms, culture, and results long before they surface in the numbers.

She studied cross-cultural business management, then learning neuroscience and development at Harvard, where she served as a Teaching Fellow and later a SME on immersive technology for Executives for MIT. One of the earliest innovators to apply immersive technology to inclusive leadership development, her work has been used by teams across dozens of countries.

“The depth of Myra’s content is unparalleled, focusing on real-time behavioral intelligence and drawing leaders into deep, meaningful discussions through thought-provoking questions.”
